HOW A COMPLETE PACKAGING LINE WORKS
From the finished primary package, the line continues through product handling, inspection, secondary packaging and end-of-line automation as one connected system.

Product is filled, sealed and cut into a finished pouch — then enters the end-of-line automation system.
Stable transport keeps every finished pouch moving at the right speed through the line.





Randomly received packages are automatically aligned to the required direction and orientation — a key YUHUA capability.
Custom counting, grouping and buffering are configured for each product and carton requirement.
Each counted group is automatically loaded into a carton with stable and continuous operation.
Cartons can continue into automatic case packing when higher automation is required.
Optional palletizing completes the line for automated handling and warehouse transfer.
