Pillow Bag

The most common large-VFFS bag format, with top and bottom seals and a longitudinal back seal. Suitable for a wide range of granular and solid products.

Four-Side Seal

Flat pouch sealed on all four sides for clean presentation and secure packaging, available on configured YH-520 / YH-720 systems.

HOW IT WORKS

How VFFS Packaging Works

A vertical form fill seal machine forms flexible packaging film into a bag, fills the product through the selected dosing system, then seals and cuts each package in one continuous automated packaging process.

Film Feeding

Packaging film is continuously fed from a roll into the vertical forming system.

Bag Forming

The film is wrapped around a forming tube and shaped into a vertical bag.

Product Filling

Powders, granules, liquids or solid products are dosed into the formed bag through the selected filling system.

Sealing & Cutting

The bag is longitudinally and horizontally sealed, then cut into individual finished packs.
