YUHUA premade pouch machines can handle a wide range of products, including nuts, coffee beans, seasoning powders, liquids, and individually wrapped products such as candies packed into larger zipper pouches. Different filling systems can be configured according to the product and its flow characteristics.

How do I choose the right premade pouch machine model for my pouch size?

Choose the model primarily according to your pouch dimensions. The YH-200A handles 70–200 mm wide × 100–350 mm long pouches, the YH-230A handles 90–230 × 100–350 mm, the YH-260A handles 130–260 × 100–350 mm, and the YH-300A handles 180–300 × 100–450 mm. When several models cover the same pouch size, the final configuration can be selected according to the product and required output.

Can the machine work with different filling systems?

Yes. The same premade pouch machine can be used with different filling systems according to the product, including a combination weigher for granules and solids, an auger filler for powders, and a liquid filling system for liquids and viscous products. A combination weigher configuration requires a supporting platform, while other filling configurations can be integrated without one.

What packing speed can I expect?

The YH-200A, YH-230A, and YH-260A are rated at 20–60 bags/min, while the YH-300A is rated at 20–40 bags/min. Actual output depends on the product, pouch dimensions, filling system, and material characteristics. For example, viscous products may require more filling time than free-flowing products.

Can a premade pouch machine be customized for my product and packaging requirements?

Yes. Our standard machines use an eight-station rotary pouch handling system, with two stations available for optional functions depending on the application. Options can include laser, thermal-transfer, embossing, ink, or inkjet coding; pouch-bottom vibration; a product push-down device to help settle material fully into the pouch and keep the sealing area clear; nitrogen flushing; and zipper opening. The final configuration is selected according to the product and packaging process.

What information should I provide when requesting a quotation?

Please provide your product, pouch type and dimensions, filling weight, and required production output. Photos or samples of the product and pouch are also helpful when available. Based on these details, we can recommend the appropriate machine model, filling system, and optional functions for your application.
