YUHUA Completes On-Site Installation and Commissioning of a Multi-Machine Packaging Line
YUHUA engineers completed the on-site installation, commissioning and operator training of six compact three-side seal packaging machines at a customer's production facility in the Philippines.
In July 2026, YUHUA engineers travelled to the Philippines to support the installation and commissioning of six newly delivered compact vertical packaging machines.
Designed for sauce products, the machines produce rounded-corner three-side seal sachets. Each unit is equipped with two horizontal sealing units to support the customer's packaging requirements.
The on-site service covered machine setup, bag-width adjustment, operating instruction, wear-part replacement and routine maintenance training.
From Delivery to the Production Floor
The project began with the six machines arriving at the customer's factory.
After unloading, each unit was carefully moved into its designated position within the production area. Proper positioning was important not only for daily operation, but also for packaging-film replacement, cleaning and routine maintenance.

Preparing the Machines for Production
Once the machines were positioned, YUHUA engineers worked alongside the customer's production team to prepare each unit for commissioning.
Packaging film was installed, bag width was adjusted and the main operating settings were checked according to the customer's sachet requirements. Each machine was set up individually to ensure that operators could clearly understand the adjustment process.

Commissioning Six Packaging Machines
Following the initial setup, the six machines entered the commissioning stage.
YUHUA engineers guided the customer's operators through machine startup, film feeding and the adjustments required for rounded-corner three-side seal sachet production. The function and adjustment of the two horizontal sealing units were also demonstrated during the process.
Working directly with the customer's packaging materials allowed the team to complete the setup under actual production conditions.

Hands-On Training for the Customer's Team
Practical operator training formed an important part of the on-site service.
Instead of relying only on manuals, YUHUA engineers demonstrated the required procedures directly beside the installed machines. The customer's operators could observe each step and practise using the equipment themselves.
Training covered standard machine operation, packaging-film installation, bag-width adjustment, replacement of common wear parts, routine machine inspection, and basic maintenance and equipment care.
This hands-on approach helped the customer's team become familiar with both daily operation and routine machine maintenance.

Supporting Everyday Operation
In addition to operating instruction, YUHUA engineers explained how to identify commonly replaced wear parts and carry out basic maintenance procedures.
These practical skills allow operators to manage routine adjustments and equipment care more confidently during everyday production.
By completing the installation, commissioning and training directly at the customer's factory, the guidance could be based on the actual equipment, packaging film and production environment the operators would use each day.

Working Together on Site
The project was completed through close cooperation between YUHUA engineers and the customer's production personnel.
From equipment positioning and film setup to machine operation and maintenance training, both teams worked together throughout the installation process.
YUHUA remains committed to providing practical on-site support that helps customers integrate newly delivered packaging equipment into their production facilities.
